Demeris Catering is the full-service catering company of the Demeris family, the Houston restaurant family behind Demeris Bar-B-Q since 1964. We cater weddings, corporate events, galas, private parties and holiday gatherings throughout Houston and the surrounding areas, with hickory-smoked Bar-B-Q, custom menus, professional servers and bartenders, and complete setup and cleanup. Since 1964, the Demeris family has been serving authentic, mouth-watering barbecue in Houston, Texas. We are the second generation of the Demeris clan to offer the family's signature barbecue to Houstonians, honoring the legacy of the restaurant conceived and built by our father and uncle, Gus Frank Demeris, and his siblings.
