The Demeris family has been serving up its signature barbecue creations in Houston since 1964. As a natural evolution of the family business, Demeris Barbecue opened a catering division in the early 1980’s.
Since that day over three decades ago, Demeris Catering has experienced rapid growth and is now the 3rd largest caterer in Houston according to the Houston Business Journal. With the progress of our catering division, our menu offerings have also grown to include a variety of tastes and cuisines, in additional to our fabulous barbecue.
Today, we are able to provide turnkey production of functions for as many as 20,000 people.
